William T. Kelly

William T. Kelly, CPA/ABV, CVA is a partner of the firm with over 31 years experience in public accounting performing audit work, tax services and business valuations. Bill has been with the firm since 1980 and became a shareholder in 1989. His primary focus of current practice is business valuation, and accounting and auditing quality control. Practice also includes business income taxation and estate planning. Mr. Kelly is accredited in business valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and also is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) as credentialed by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Bill has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Bill is a member of several organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), Mississippi Chapter of NACVA, and an associate member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and the Harold Clark - New Orleans Chapter of ASA.
