Nicholson & Company, P.A. was founded in 1977 by Carl Nicholson and has since grown to be one of the largest firms in South Mississippi. With over one hundred years of combined experience among our partners, Nicholson & Company possesses the mature ability to compete with the services of any national firm.
	We have built a client base in excess of a thousand, consisting mostly of long standing clients. Our growth and success has been accomplished following our philosophy of one-on-one attention with each of our clients, large and small.
	We have been very careful to develop a staff which is diverse in ability and experience, yet connected with this region. Presently, our firm consists of forty staff member and twenty-one of the members of the firm have been designated as Certified Public Accountants with a license to practice public accounting in the State of Mississippi. Some of our members are licensed in other states in the Southeast. Several of our partners and staff were trained in national firms.
	We would stress that all communications with our clients and regarding our client's businesses are confidential. Only when clients authorize us to do so is their business discussed with an outside party.
	The firm is committed to providing personal service and producing the highest quality work. To advance our efforts in this regard, the firm belongs to the Private Companies Practice Section of the Division for CPA Firms of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a member of this section, we have undergone a peer review of our audit practice and system of quality control in May 1991, May 1994, April 1998, May 2001, and May 2004.
