Richard D. Halbert, CPA, is a partner of the firm with over 39 years experience in the public accounting profession.
Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree in 1973 from the University of Southern Mississippi with a major in accounting. His practice experience includes auditing, business and individual tax planning and compliance services, estate and gift taxation, as well as management advisory and financial planning services for a diverse clientele.
Professional associations, of which he is a member, include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), as well as various business and civic organizations.
